Dr. Md. Shahiduzzaman Bablu

Dr. Md. Shahiduzzaman Bablu obtained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) Dhaka Dental College under Dhaka university in 1997. He qualified the 20th BCS examination and joined the government service in 2001. He obtained an MS (Masters of Surgery) degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery from Bangladesh Medical University. He also obtained an MPH (Masters of Public Health) degree, Major in Epidemology from NUB in 2021.

He is currently working as an Associate Professor and Head of Dept. Dental and Maxillo Facial Surgery at Khulna Medical College and practicing privately at Decent Specialized Dental Care, Khulna.

He was clinically attached with few government and non-government Dental and medical institute. Among them Dhaka Dental College, PG Hospital (BSMMU), Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Enam Medical College, Shaheed Sheikh Abu Naser Specialized Hospital are worth mentioning.

He has about 30 years of experience in the treatment of oral and dental diseases. His articles have been published in journals at home and abroad, he has presented research papers in many seminars which bears the signature of his ultimate professional devotion.

He has been awarded the Honorary Fellowship (FICD) from the International College of Dentist (USA) for his outstanding contribution to the profession. He is an honorary member of the Asia-Pacific Dental Implantology Association. He is an Honorary Fellow of JTK(China), Osstem Implant (South Korea), IAT (Japan).

He has done advanced trainging on dental implant and general dentistry from home and abroad (Malaysia, China, Japan, Australia).

He is expertly treating dental implants, pre-cancer of the mouth, cancer, broken bones of the mouth in accidents, jaw tumors, T.M joint problems. He has specialized training and practice in Artificial Replacement of Missing Tooth, Crown Bridge and the treatment of Malposed teeth with Braces system.

He is a member of the Executive Council of Bangladesh Oral Cancer Society, joint secretary of Bangladesh Academy of Dentistry International. He is also the general secretary of Bangladesh Dental Society, Khulna. He is a life member of Diabetic Association, Khulna;

Shishu Hospital, Khulna; Social Welfare Association, KMCH; BAMOS (Bangladesh Association of Maxillo Facial Surgeons). He is one of the founder of ABCD foundation (Asma Bablu Community Development foundation). He is the managing director of Oral Health Education and Research Center.
